	There is a one-time fee of $5.00 on the first box ordered to cover the initial processing of your subscription.
	Your application will take a week or two to process.  We'll call you in advance to let you know when to pick up your first box.
	A delivery option is also available for $4/box. Add an additional $1/box for tax and handling.
